Shooting the right angle in a home and capturing the right amount of light in a space, large or small, is a challenging task and something we take pride in.

The fine print

 

Editing and revisions

Revisions
Every photo we take gets edited. Every video we make gets edited. If your photos or video require additional editing, we’ll do that at an hourly rate of $50. (The exception to the rule: “The Feature” video, which includes 2 revisions.)

Photoshop & Virtual Staging
Neither of these are standard services. It’s your job to have the house ready to go, making sure each room looks perfect and ready to photograph. So, put those kleenex boxes away and hide the countertop clutter!

We do often photograph vacant listings. If you wish to have virtual staging, please choose it as an “add-on” and we will discuss further with you.

 

Usage

Images are intended for use by the realtor and/or homeowner. Images found on this website are the property of Light Photography Group.

Posting to Syndication & Social Media
When you post your photos, please attribute the image to Light Photography Group.


 

Billing

You will be required to enter a valid credit card upon booking your shoot, but you won’t be charged right away. We’ll charge your card after we deliver your photos.

Trip fee

If your photoshoot is located outside of a 30 mile radius from our office, we’ll charge an additional trip fee of $25 or more, depending on the distance.

Storage & recovery

We will store your photos for 1 year. After that time, we cannot promise we will be able to find your photos again. Matterport 3D tours are only functional for 1 year.
